A Gift Card is a Digital or Physical cash-card that once purchased, has a monetary value which can be
a payment method for products or services. Gift Cards can be used personally or given to another
individual.
Your Gift Card can be redeemed:
- Offline – at a Brand’s physical venue
- Present the Gift Card code at the cashier Hydro Water Sports, JBR, Dubai
- Cashier scans the Gift Card code as a payment against the purchase of goods or services (any difference in gift card amount vs bill amount to be paid by other mode of payment)
- The Gift Card type is One Time-Use card, Customer can use the Gift Card for a single purchase
- Present the Gift Card code at the cashier to inquire about the balance or to check the validity

- Activities Participants are Required to check in at the center 10-15 min prior the activities scheduled time
- Participants must be 12 years old and above
- Participants 12 to 16 years old must have a guardian to sign a liability release form not following the instructors instructions can lead to a cancellation of your session, safety always comes first
- Hydro has the right to cancel-reschedule-the session in case of weather changes
- In case of weather change the participants has the right to request reschedule
- These Gift Cards are VAT exclusive, Customer has to pay the VAT at the venue
