A Gift Card is a Digital or Physical cash-card that once purchased, has a monetary value which can be
a payment method for products or services. Gift Cards can be used personally or given to another
individual.
Check that your Gift Card can be redeemed:
- Offline – at a Brand’s physical venue
1. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier at Apnea Zone Club inside Movenpick Hotel JBR Dubai
2. Cashier scans the Gift Card code as a payment against the purchase of goods or services (any difference in gift card amount vs bill amount to be paid by other mode of payment)
3. The Gift Card type is One Time-Use card, Customer can use the Gift Card for a single purchase
4. Present the Gift Card code at the cashier to inquire about the balance or to check the validity
Gift Cards; Apnea Zone Club, Balance; Redemption.
This Apnea Zone Club Gift Card Agreement (‘’Agreement’’) is between you and Apnea Zone Club(‘’we’’ or ‘’us’’) and describes the terms and conditions that apply to your Apnea Zone Club Gift Card. By buying, loading or using your Apnea Zone Club Gift Card, you agree to these terms.
If a purchase exceeds your Apnea Zone Club Gift Card Balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
Apnea Zone Club Balance Expiration.
The Gift Cards have an expiry date of One year from the day of purchase
The Gift Cards are “ ONE TIME USE AND CAN THEREFORE ONLY BE REDEEMED ONCE AND ANY REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DISCARED”
Limitations.
Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Apnea Zone Club
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for more than face value, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, returned for a cash refund, used beyond expiry date, used for payment outside of Apnea Zone Club or its affiliated properties.
Risk of Loss.
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
You are responsible for safeguarding your Apnea Zone Club Balance or Gift Card from unauthorized use.
We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Apnea Zone Club Gift Card Balance or any Gift Card is used without your permission. There are a variety of Gift Card scams that request payment by Gift Card.
Apnea Zone Club is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.
