Redemption Steps:
1. Open the DoJoin App or Website.
2. Tap on "Profile" in the app, or click your profile picture in the website header.
3. Choose "Balance".
4. (App Only) Tap on "Gift Cards, Vouchers & Promotional Codes".
5. Enter the gift code in the text field provided.
6. Once you redeem the code, the amount will be added to your wallet, and you can use it anytime you prefer.
كيفية الاستخدام:
- افتح تطبيق أو موقع DoJoin.
- اضغط على "الملف الشخصي" في التطبيق، أو انقر على صورة ملفك الشخصي في رأس الموقع.
- اختر "الرصيد".
- (من خلال التطبيق فقط) اضغط على "بطاقات الهدايا، القسائم، والأكواد الترويجية".
- أدخل رمز الهدية في الحقل المخصص لذلك.
- بمجرد ادخال الرمز، سيتم إضافة المبلغ إلى محفظتك، ويمكنك استخدامه في أي وقت تريده.
- Your wallet will be charged by redemption and you can use your wallet whenever you want.
- The amount is not collectible after redemption.
- If you are eligible for a refund on any order, the amount that is paid by gift card will be refunded to the wallet of the same user only.
- Each gift card can be redeemed only once.
