This gift card is redeemable for food and beverage at all participating California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) restaurants in the U.S. only (excluding airport locations, stadiums, Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas and Guam). This card is not redeemable for cash or credit in New Jersey or any other state, except as, and where required by law. If lost or stolen, it can only be replaced for the remaining value with the original proof of purchase, including the 19 digit gift card identification number and 4 digit PIN (if applicable).
